Geri is a BACP registered psychotherapeutic counsellor, with over 7 years of counselling experience, who is professionally trained in integrative transpersonal counselling with the distinguished Re-Vision organisation.

Geri works integratively, drawing on a variety of approaches and psychotherapeutic modalities including body psychotherapy and solution focused therapy. She takes into consideration how internalised relational and emotional patterns impact presenting issues and relationships.

She helps clients to identify patterns and modes of communication and behaviours, seeking the best ways to support those with an array of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, relationship challenges, abuse, trauma, panic disorder, self-harm, self-esteem, feeling stuck, career and life transitions.

Her wealth of experience includes working with a diverse client base including individuals with neuro-divergent and neuro –typical presentation, as well as individuals from different ethnic backgrounds and the LGBTQ community.

She adopts an integrative holistic approach, which is grounded in psychosynthesis, attempting to understand and address the ways issues in one aspect of your life can lead to concerns in other areas and focusing on the relationship between mind, body, and spirit.

Geri is also a qualified yoga and meditation teacher.
