Nalini has been working as a UKCP accredited psychotherapist since 2007.

She has extensive experience in communication and working with relational challenges and addiction. Nalini provides psychotherapy and psychological education and support to people experiencing problems like mental health, addictions, eating disorders, co-dependence and trauma.

She has managerial and leadership experience working with charities, in the NHS and a known London private hospital.

She has also been delivering individual and group therapy to officers and staff at the Met police, supporting officers post trauma and facilitating mindfulness sessions. During her career, Nalini has worked in outpatient and inpatient addiction services as well as with emergency services.

Nalini trained in the integrative model and draw from different modalities including psychodynamic, CBT and humanistic. She has excellent working knowledge of the 12-step model for addiction recovery and has been working in rehabilitation delivering individual and group therapy on addiction, trauma, eating disorders and domestic violence.

Nalini practices yoga and meditation on a regular basis, which she finds helpful in her therapeutic work.
