I am a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor with a passion to support individuals who are going through difficulties or who simply want to get to know themselves better. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to help them explore their feelings freely and overcome their struggles through this process.

My therapeutic training and work are mainly informed by the psychodynamic, psychoanalytic and relational approaches however I tailor therapy according to your unique needs.

I support my clients by guiding them to find connections between their past experiences and the present difficulties they may be facing. Inner positive change, fulfilment and resolution become accessible through understanding your feelings and thought processes.

A trusting therapeutic relationship is crucial for psychotherapy to be beneficial. Thus, I make it a priority for my clients to feel heard and seen for who they truly are.

Every individual’s story is important, and everyone deserves a space to talk. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and offer an accepting therapeutic environment. I have a broad range of experience working with anxiety, depression, anger, learning disabilities, attachment and confidence issues.

I offer therapy to clients who experienced domestic violence and abuse. Family dynamics, relationships (family, friends, romantic) and psychosexual issues are some of the many subjects I work with. I have studied loss extensively throughout my training and clinical practice, and I can support clients struggling with bereavement or any type of loss, whether it is a loss of a person, pet, identity, self-esteem, or a place you belonged.

I have lived in several countries came across many cultures. I am a culturally competent practitioner who understands the difficulties of adapting to new environments and situations, and I can also support you through these transitions.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the British Psychological Society (BPS). I abide by their respective professional code of ethics and practice.
