My approach is collaborative, meaning we work together on the goals that you are looking to achieve, in a non-judgemental, safe and supportive way to improve interaction and communication between partners and family members.
In both family therapy and couples counselling, we look at the various factors that affect you and explore aspects of relationships that may have become negative and been impacted by stress.
In providing a safe environment to talk through any challenges, we can work together to identify negative interactional patterns. We then build on strengths, resources, resilience and new communication strategies that will promote more positive relationships and changes that are important to you.
