My approach is collaborative, in which we work together on the goals that you are looking to achieve, in a non-judgemental, safe and supportive way to improve interaction and communication between family members.
In both family therapy and couples counselling we will look at the various factors that affect you and explore aspects of relationships that may have become negative and come under stress.
In providing a safe environment to talk through any challenges we can work together to identify negative interactional patterns and build on strengths, resources, resilience and new communication strategies that will promote more positive relationships and changes that are important to you.
