With many years of experience, Luise is an accomplished Individual and Couples Counsellor with a BA (Hons) Degree in Counselling Studies and a registered BACP member.

With a relational and interactive therapeutic style, experienced with both individuals and couples, Luise offers support with a number of relationship issues, like infidelity, communication, self-esteem, anxiety, ADHD, and anger management. Specializing in Person-Centered Counselling, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and MBCT (Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy).

About Luise Sargent

With a substantial level of experience, I hold a BA (Hons) Degree in Counselling Studies, my journey in this field spans many years. As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, my commitment and experience are the cornerstones of my practice. I am also an author and have provided an interview on Sky TV during my career.

My expertise truly flourishes when it comes to unravelling the intricate tapestry of relationships. Couples feel listened to and therefore feel more empowered to discuss how their relationship may be affecting them.

My toolkit draws from Person-Centered Counselling, CBT, and MBCT – a holistic approach that resonates uniquely with each individual. My psychotherapeutic approach is more integrative, working with the client’s needs.

I believe that everyone deserves to fulfil their true potential. Whether it’s navigating relationships, infidelity, communication, self-esteem, understanding ADHD, or mastering anger management, I am committed to helping you to develop a better quality of life and relationships.
