Job Details:
Contract: Self-employed.
Hours: around 15 hours/week on average within office hours.
Hourly rate: Based on experience, plus incentives.
Location: Based in UK working remotely or London-based.

Job Description:

  1. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and prompt responses via phone and email.
  2. Additionally, you will handle important administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations, including the use of our booking and CRM systems.
  3. You will be responsible for creating, editing and uploading content to various websites and social media platforms and connecting with our audience.
  4. You will work as part of a team, reporting to the Practice Manager, and maintain good communication, providing regular updates on important information, tasks and events.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Previous customer service experience.
  2. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and great attention to detail.
  3. A confident, positive, empathetic, and friendly demeanour.
  4. Blog and content writing skills/experience.
  5. Know how to add/update content on various websites (specifically WordPress).
  6. Able to post on various social media platforms.
  7. Work within a team and independently.
  8. Able to prioritize and manage your workload efficiently.
  9. Be proficient in IT systems and software.
  10. A PC or laptop with paid anti-virus and anti-malware installed.
  11. A reliable internet connection.
  12. A mobile phone which can be solely dedicated to this role (paid SIM provided by us).
  13. Have experience with online appointment booking systems and CRM systems.
  14. Be familiar with cloud-based storage systems.
  15. Understand and commit to confidentiality.
  16. Have sound knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
