What is our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)?

An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is more than a benefit—it is an investment in the well-being and productivity of your workforce. At Leone Centre, we understand the importance of mental health and its impact on organisational success. We deliver customised EAP counselling and consultancy services tailored to your business’s unique needs. Whether you are a global enterprise, a growing start-up, or an established small business, our flexible programmes are designed to meet your requirements and cultivate a healthier, more resilient workforce.

Enhancing Employee Wellbeing

Our Employee Assistance Programme services prioritise mental health and overall wellness. A happier, healthier workforce improves morale, fosters a positive workplace culture, and enhances your company’s reputation.

Boosting Productivity and Reducing Absenteeism

Life’s challenges—personal or professional—can affect performance. Through proactive support, we help employees address these issues, which can lead to reduced sick leave and absenteeism, greater focus, and increased productivity. This creates a ripple effect, improving organisational efficiency and business outcomes.

Increasing Retention and Employee Satisfaction

Employees thrive when they feel valued. Our Employee Assistance Programme demonstrates your commitment to their mental health, which can cultivate a stronger sense of loyalty and boost retention.  By developing a supportive environment your employees want to be a part of, you mitigate turnover costs while strengthening your team for long-term success.

Cultivating a Stronger Workplace Culture

Prioritising wellbeing lays the foundation for a cohesive and collaborative work environment. From leadership support to team-building initiatives, we provide tools to enhance organisational unity and create a mutual respect and understanding culture.
