In my work with couples, I aim to create a balanced dynamic, addressing both positive and challenging aspects of their relationships, acknowledging both the joy and the pain. I believe that a healthy relationship requires both seriousness and moments of playfulness. Therefore, where beneficial, I incorporate elements of lightness and positive engagement into my couples therapy sessions. This helps create a safe space where tears, joy, challenges, and laughter coexist.
In addition to my therapeutic qualifications, I offer bilingual therapy sessions in English and Italian to enable broader accessibility to my services.
I’ve also worked in diverse cultural settings, including Italy, Nigeria, Austria, and the USA, gaining invaluable insights into various mental health landscapes.
